Site is in Dutch, but with a little help of Google translate...
The road is more important than the destination.

Unfortunately, they didn’t work. Managed to recover half a dozen stations, but not all. Have put about six ferrites on the cable at various places.

I then tried wiring down the other side of the car, from LHS to RHS, and made things worse again. Very puzzled!

My installer conected it to the back of the 12v outlet in the centre console with no problems.

Don't suppose he told you how to get to the back of the socket??

Looks quite a difficult thing to do to me...

You could follow the installation instructions for the Integrated smartphone, it looks easy enough to remove actually.

Those metal clips are fairly robust, so as soon as you've popped the part out just be careful not to pull it too far away before disconnecting the cables. To reinstall, line it up right and give it a good tap.

I used these instructions and those for the Alcohol lock kit to install my dashcam today. It was nerve wracking but resulted in a tidy install.

There is a bloody big red cable in the A-Pillar, I'm hoping no firemen cut through that! :o
