Is there ANY way of manually adjusting the beam height of XC40 headlamps? My car was bought crash repaired and the driver headlight beam is too high after it self levels. Please can anyone help????

Is there a hack or a adjusting screw somewhere?

Thanks

I'd suggest taking it back to the garage you bought it from.

I'm not aware of any manual height adjustment.

How do you know the beam is too high?

I can see when i'm driving the light reflecting off signs when others arent. I have also parked infront of a window and the drivers side blinds you whilst the passenger side seems ok

I have to drive 150 miles back to the garage and no doubt they will want it for a few days, I think that option is a none starter

OK take it to your local dealer for them to assess what needs doing. You will likely have to pay for the assessment. It might be a poor quality crash repair

Personally I'd want the crash repair checked ...this might not be the only issue. Best to be safe and get it checked rather than try and get around it IMHO.
