Triple-flash turn indicator function not working

Hello XC40 forum crew.

We have a 2020 XC40 Inscription, and the triple-flash turn indicator function periodically doesn't work.

So if you tap the indicator stalk 'up' or 'down' briefly, it does a single turn indicator flash, instead of three flashes.

The menu setting is set to 'enabled' (ticked).

If we turn the menu option for 'triple flash turn indicator' off/on again, or restart the vehicle, the problem persists for quite some time.

The option is under:
Settings -> Lights and Lighting -> Exterior Lights -> Triple Flash Turn Indicator

From what we've noticed, it seems to fail when auto-bending headlamps fail / stop working (which sometimes fails with an error message, and other times, without an error message / dash warning).

Anyone had similar problems?

Naturally, the problems don't always present themselves when we return the vehicle to a dealer
