I have a new 2020 XC40. Today when I went to roll up my driver's side window (after--shocker--rolling it down) it got only part way up and then started back down automatically. It is also making a sort of strange noise as it goes back down. HELP!?

H'mm sounds as though they might need re-setting, like after a battery disconnection.

Roll the window all the way down. Once it's down, push the button down again, making sure you push hard enough to feel the double click "auto down" part of the switch.

Now roll the window up just using the first part of the switch. Once fully up pull the switch up again making sure you feel the "auto up" part of the switch.

Repeat for the other window. They should now have re-programmed their settings and will now work normally.
