Does anyone had this fault ?
It starts with symbol engine malfunction on.
Service says tha is a sensor that is with too narrow tolerance and that a software update in future will end it.
The problem is that it comes back every 2 days, after I clear the fault code with torque software.
I clear the fault because it can mask other problems.
Looked at this again - It is actually for the sensor itself on the particulate trap being out of range. It definitely could be a bad sensor that needs replacement. The software update seems a little odd to me to solve this.
