Stunning!! Would have been my colour combo if I'd been early enough to pick!

Not that I’m aware of? They said the servicing was an additional amount of my lease deal and that it was cheaper to do it as I go rather than paying for the additional service deal!?
In better news they’re sending me £350 for the lack of headlamp washers and some rubber mats ready for winter!
FE Osmium Grey and Lava! 20” wheels (although it’s arrived with 19’s and no headlight cleaning system). Ordered January 21st. Delivery date July 21st!!
If your lease deal was a Volvo PCP, three years free servicing should have been included.RachThomo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 8:34 amNot that I’m aware of? PCP is purchase, not lease?pjm007 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 9:46 amIf your lease deal was a Volvo PCP, three years free servicing should have been included.RachThomo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 8:34 amNot that I’m aware of? Technically yes, PCP is a purchase hire agreement (so you are leasing until the end of the agreement technically) where at the end you own the car. The lease option you never own the car and at the end of the term the dealer gets the car back.q3billy wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 11:15 amPCP is purchase, not lease?pjm007 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 9:46 amIf your lease deal was a Volvo PCP, three years free servicing should have been included.RachThomo wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 8:34 am

Not quite so simple. PCP and PCH are both “leasing” options. With PCP you can choose to own the car at the end of the lease period, or hand it back, or trade it in. With PCH that is just a “hire” agreement and you don’t have the option to purchase at the end.
However, in the context of this thread I think both PCP and PCH deals through Volvo offered free servicing.
Some dealers were known to be rather “vague” as to whether free servicing was included or not. You had to be very firm with them!

Thanks everyone. My dealer made out that servicing was absolutely not included so something else to go back to them with. The battles keep on coming!

Just check the Volvo website and this is what it says about the free 3 years servicing

Thanks I’ll definitely check through everything I’ve got! Although just reading that picture and it says for vehicles ordered after July 1st which could be an issue!

That’s just the latest version of the offer. It’s been in place since early December 2017 at least.
