Well PCH/PCP whichever one, I ordered my car beginning of April on PCP as the payments were more manageable than HP and I plan to own outright.
My car is coming with 3 years servicing, I made sure I asked when I placed the order so yours should too? Definitely get onto your dealer about that.

When I ordered mine in March I was shown a couple of finance options. Both were PCP, one included the 3yr servicing and the other didn’t. I can’t remember the exact difference between the 2 options. I think a 4yr PCP gave the 3yrs servicing, a 3yr PCP didn’t but I could be wrong...

If you went for Volvo PCP not only should you have got 3 years servicing, you should have got a £1,500 dealer contribution to the deposit.

I got two offered, one was 0% interest with a 50% deposit I think. The other was the 5.9% Apr with a flexible deposit and a £1,500 dealer contribution

Can't remember anymore on offer at the time

Ah yes, that was it. My docs say 4yr PCP, 5.9%APR, £1500 deposit contribution, 3yrs free servicing. Do I remember correctly that someone in the forum reported that their dealer tried to welch on the £1500 contribution as it was removed between placing the order and delivery?

Yes but that person iirc didnt have signed paperwork. As long as the paperwork is signed and you hold a copy then nothing the dealer can do as it's legally binding

Think it was just the APR that changed with that July update

APR is still 5.9%, it was 4.9% + £500 deposit contribution for Q1, Q2 removed the contribution and raised the APR 1% and it still stands.

Earlier on there was a £1,500 contribution and even before that, way back in the mists of time, there was a contribution on offer of £2,750! Those are all figures for Volvo Finance deposit contributions. There were also additional Dealer contributions available to negotiate as well. Photo attached from an example of the PCP offers page from December 2017. 3 year's free servicing also with the PCP.
