Update:
Volvo contacted me, they will replace the complete HVAC unit!
I keep everybody posted with the results ( end October or first week of November).

I had it twice until now.
Volvo is aware of the problem ...

Been to the dealer.
Volvo replaced all the brake pads front and rear, with an other sort.
They say there are 2 sorts: the standard pads and the comfort pads....
Result : all break-groans are GONE !!!!!

I still did not find the time to visit my dealer.

My gearbox is getting worst and is very jerky for the first hundred meters. (After that it seems fine)
Anybody had the same issue and had it solved?

Before the summer my Xc40 started to make a noise/rattle under the dashboard. Seems like the airco valves. It only does it for 2 a 3 minutes then the rattle noise is gone. Anybody has a solution for this? Seems I am not the only one.
