Re: Washing car - Auto locking and unlocking

Is there a way to stop this happening? Its not the end of the world, but a little annoying :? Just leave the keys inside the car at t...

Re: Thread for North West Europe Map data updates

In the past I only updated the maps I needed, but the installation always took quite some (long) time. It also was annoying that if you wanted several countries, you just had to update them one at a time, so always start all over again for another country. I did this using a 32GB SanDisk Cruzer Swit...

Re: Sports exhaust system

I agree with ChrisLF. The volvo is a SUV. A Porsche Cayenne is an SUV also, so is an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio, and a BMW X6 M, a Range Rover Sport, a Porsche Macan S, a BMW X3 M, and a... So they should all swap their exhaust system for a Hoover system? I like the style of an XC40 much more ...

Re: Sports exhaust system

The engine sounds bad enough as it is. That’s just the point. It sounds like a Hoover. Nice in comfort mode, but in dynamic mode when the engine revs higher, the sound isn’t enjoyable. It sounds like you are hurting the engine then. I don’t want a system that turns heads way before you arrive, but ...

Sports exhaust system

Anybody already mounted, or is going to mount a sport exhaust system? There are only two available on the market today, the system of Heico and the system of Bastuck. Both are available for the T4 and the T5 AWD versions. They can’t say at the moment if it will fit my T4 FWD R-Design version. Bastuc...

Re: Lighting

For those interested: Original PY21W indictor bulb: 280 lumen Original H21W brake light bulb: 600 lumen The original bulb lumens quoted, is that 'per bulb' or as a 'pair'? The reason I ask is that lumens quoted on the various web sites seem to vary ie, 1000lms for say a pkt. of led ind. bulbs, is t...

Re: Lighting

The indicator bulbs are PY21W or BAU15S fitting, the indication of PY24W in the manual is wrong.
Brake light bulbs are H21W or BAY9S fitting.
