You can ring VOC for help without using the car button 01628 422522 I found them very helpful.

Hi Skyrimmer I just have NW Europe update. I have a Three personal SIM in the car but PAYG with only 200 MB free, I doubt this could have been enough. Too late to check phone data use over the updating period as I am now in a new data usage period.

Does anybody know, do Sensus map auto updates come through the Volvo on call SIM, via Bluetooth from my phone, or what? I have just had mine updated to 1311, issued this month. Twice in the last couple of weeks, while in non-route following mode, the blue triangle showing vehicle location has vanished from my satnav map and the map itself has also stopped moving. I think It seems to happen after changing mode (2D/3D) or zooming. The last time it happened I had also clicked...

Click on library (left hand column) you should be able to playback by artist or album, and even search
