Thanks PP67, I will do as soon as it’s fitted a week on Monday.
I’ll also give my review when I’ve driven with it for a few days

Re: Polestar
If you register on the Polestar website they will then send you a certificate. https://engineered.polestar.com/intl/upgrades/register-your-product/ I believe that the AWD optimisation has been part of the XC40 software since the software launch in July. Sorry to bring up an old thread but I have no...

Re: Sunglasses holder
Fitted mine today as well. Kept the tabs in place, easy enough. They don’t take big sunglasses, or wraparounds very well, but much easier than faffing in the centre console. I haven’t driven the car since installing, so I don’t know if the glasses will rattle in there. My glasses are mid sized and ...

Re: Sunglasses holder
My glasses holder arrived and was a doddle to fit... just snip off the four plastic tabs that are meant to go underneath the headlining as you don’t really need them and it says you can do so in the Volvo installation instructions as well. Only problem is that the finger cutout to open it is a bit r...

Four-C Active suspension
Quick question for any of you with the Four-C active suspension... In the parking brake and suspension setting option under the My Car option (picture 1&2), there is only the parking brake option shown. The only place where suspension is referred to otherwise is in the individual drive mode sett...

Re: Heated seats?
Not a stupid question!
I have been sitting in the passenger seat whilst my wife is driving and it’s definitely not as hot as the drivers seat.

Heated seats?
Hi All, My passenger side heated seat doesn’t get very warm. If I have the drivers seat on 3, I have to turn it down after a few minutes as it gets too hot but on the passenger side, I can leave it on 3 all day and it’s warm but not hot. Is this normal from your experience or do I need to go and get...

Re: Standard XC 40 Stereo
I’ve only had my car for 5 days so am not an expert (yet 😉) and have the upgraded HK system which I think is brilliant. It took me a bit to set it up to how I like it but now I think it sounds great and perfectly to my liking. I can’t compare to a ‘standard’ system though but in my opinion, I think ...
