Re: USB socket

Hi Greggspies, I tried to re-format it, but it didn't work, just kept freezing and I ended up having to crash the system as I couldn't turn the computer off. That's what makes me think the flash drive is faulty.

Re: Voice control button

Hi again, I think the problem is the muppet behind the wheel. I looked on youtube and realised I was holding the button down instead of just pressing it quickly, so now it works every time,
thanks for your comments

Voice control button

Hi, does anyone find that the voice control button on the steering wheel is not very responsive. I have to press it up to 6 times to make it work, or is there a knack in using it
many thanks

Re: Wash, Polish and Wax

I use BiltHamber double speed wax, I like the finish and protection it gives, but It's a personal choice. The car is only 2months old, so I should have done this sooner!

Re: Wash, Polish and Wax

Thanks for the advice. I never use a car wash, prefer to do it myself with the two bucket method and one mitt for the paint and one for the wheels

Re: Wash, Polish and Wax

I read in the manual that Volvo do not recommend polishing your car for the first year, but you can apply a coat of wax to protect the paint. I know a lot of polishes are abrasive, but I use Auto Glym super resin polish which I don't think is as abrasive. Do you still think I should leave it a year ...

Re: VOC is now Volvo Cars

Thanks Jamie307 and Rifleman for your help and advice. Once I realised you meant the app store on my phone, it was easy to update. I told you I was a luddite

Cheers
