Thanks for the info - I haven’t read one bad review about the dealer & I’ve done quite a bit of research. She told me mid may so that’s what I’m expecting - we shall see!
Worse case if she doesn’t deliver & sells my car to the highest bidder, I’ll take my custom elsewhere.

Just to add - This is my first car that is being build, previous new cars have been in stock so it was just a case of waiting for it to arrive at the dealer. So all I did was pay a deposit and pick it up!

I’ve decided to lease this time round (dread to think how much I’ve lost in depreciation) I searched so many different lease firms online and went with the cheapest quote which happens to be the dealer in Sunderland, I live in the east mids. Mercedes A220 - Fancied a change, test drive everything going Volvo won by a mile, mainly the heated steering wheel did it for me!

I haven’t seen one driving about yet either!

Thought I’d say hi to everybody, ordered my XC40 a couple of weeks ago.
I’ve decided on D4 R Design Pro in Fusion Red. Added a couple of extras , panoramic roof and heated steering wheel.
Very excited! Dealer says May but I think that’s unlikely.
