Re: Lease or Buy
No contest for me, purchase and keep for as long as the car keeps performing without any major faults. I am not a high mileage man nowadays. Purchasing the XC40 Inscription pro I have ordered with a top spec at a good discount with an excellent trade in offered in writing on my MY10 XC60(also a top ...

Re: Premium price for a D4 FE?
I understand the Volvo policy is they have to be kept for 3 months. The trick is they sell you the car but you don't get the V5 until the 3 months is up. I bought my current Volvo as an ex demonstrator and it was 2 months old but I had to wait a month for the V5. I had a contract document from the d...

Re: Delivery Date
I ordered an Inscription pro T5 on the 9th March. I was told the details would go into production wait list at the beginning of April (MY19) start and could expect delivery sometime in June(dates to be advised).

Re: A new detailed review
I think I would add the Tiguan is not very comfortable. It was the seating (very hard)that stopped me buying one 2 years ago.

Re: Little known XC40 Factoids?
Don't forget who owns Vovlo, business sense dictates that many of the parts will be from China. Or at least from the most cost effective/cheap source! Fact of life I'm afraid.

Activ 4 or Dynamic Suspension
Hi GUys
Who knows what the advantages of the Activ 4 suspension are over the standard Dynmaic suspension. I am looking at a Momentun Pro with 18" wheels, as I drive over tracks and dislike "rubber band" tyres.
Comments will be very welcome
Thanks
Tom

Re: Launch event chat
Well attended the event last night in GUildford. I have to say I was impressed with the car and my impression is that it is bigger than had imagined. Have a test drive booked for next Wednesday. However the BIG disappointment for me is that I was told that the dealers will probably NOT have the Insc...

Re: New press release - 3 cyl engine etc.
Very pleased to see that 18" wheels will be available on the Inscription range. I hate rubber band tyres! and also drive across fields to get to my trout fishing so the 182 wheel is my go to choice. But I am an old duffer so need the comfort so always go for the most luxury availabe. Looking fo...

Re: Will they allow us to do this on a test drive?
Wouldn't we be lucky! I doubt it. Reminds me of Land/Range Rover tests highly publicised about 20 years ago. Often seen at County Shows.
