Which driver support mode do you use most? Pilot Assist/Speed limiter/Adaptive Cruise Control

Curious to know which driver support modes you use the most and for what style of driving (motorway/town/country)? I'm tending to use the adaptive cruise control a lot across all manner of driving. I did use speed limiter with traffic sign recognition but that was quickly abandoned when it was picki...

Re: Driving Journal

It registered 10m or so it went from the front car park to the garage at my dealer's. Doors unlocked and windows down for its 3-months service and software update. It then registered the move back to the car park - so it does record very short journeys, at least on my setup (default).

Re: STILL haven't seen......

Like buses, two more seen today, a white one in my village, and an-all black at Gateshead MetroCentre. I'm getting disappointed now, I don't want to see too many. :D

Re: STILL haven't seen......

I wasn't expecting to see another XC40 so soon as I spend a lot of time in another country. And it wasn't even an FE model. Grey-ish looking near Whickham, Newcastle-upon-Tyne today - was passing it the other direction with a rather heavy right foot so couldn't work out if it was a Momentum or Inscr...

Re: SRS Urgent Service Alarm !!

Interesting fault, like pmj007 said, not seen or heard anyone else with this issue. You didn't have anything in the calendar that happens on a Friday and somehow it goes over to the car system? (I would have thought the two to be fairly well firewalled but you never know). When you say the technicia...

Re: What do you think of the new Q3?

For me it's the interior, it's where you sit and interact with all the time, you don't really see the outside of your car when driving. Of course it helps if it doesn't look like a Lada though. :) When I tried the (old) Q3 back in January when shopping for a car, I was not impressed with the quality...

Re: Stupid Sat Nav

I read somewhere (probably in the bowels of these forums) that Volvo signed up with Google to base on Google car OS for future Volvo cars. Be interesting to see how well implemented the various functions are within the Google ecosystem within the car.

Re: Market Research

Now if they'd offer a Polestar upgrade voucher, I'd be there.

Re: Polestar

I've been following this thread silently but with interest. Even the reduced price of £600-odd is a bit much. Now if I only had a £350 voucher but there were nothing wrong with my car (other than mats order cockup that persisted over two months and a bad polish) and the order was more or less on tim...
