Re: Vibrations @55-80mph
This problem is very reminiscent of issues that arose with my previous car, an Audi Q3 bought in 2012 not long after the model introduction in 2011. Particular models exhibited front end vibrations. Some customers found themselves without any solution and were upgraded by Audi from a Q3 to a Q5! The...

lights left on warning buzzer
Can’t find anything about this in the Owner's manual and can’t get any warning when testing with lights left on and exiting car. Have I missed something?

Re: First Year Service
The indicator may vary with oil temperature, usually expanding when hot and should be measured then according to the owners manual I think. But more important that whether you got 5l rather than 5.2 is whether the oil was actually changed. It used to be easy to tell with a dipstick as new oil is cle...

Re: Stone chip on bonnet
Just had the same on the bonnet leaving two 'craters' where paint was removed down to undercoat. A professional will get a very good result using a power buffing pad but I think it is possible to get an acceptable result with diy. Unlike the many previous touch up kits I have used, the paint and lac...

Re: Car To Home WiFi
The message to change to wpa2 indicates that a network is open, ie has no encryption. It will work fine but traffic can be picked up by anyone and may be used against you in some way. This is certainly true of BT wi-fi Fon, which is the bandwidth used by your BT router for anyone physically close en...

Re: Heated windscreen
Anyone else noticing that the windscreen (slightly) and side windows mist up easily when driving? Have to turn heat off cabin heating to windscreen to resolve.

Back windows for me, but only in eco mode which reduces power. Have now set the individual preferences and left air con on normal.

Re: Introduction chrisO2019
I'm very much of the same mind. My sun roof had been ordered by the dealer on a demonstrator and I would never have chosen it left to my own devices. But then I tipped it just open at 70mph on a day with strong sunshine heating up the car and the air con somehow not really doing it. To my surprise t...

Re: Software Upgrades
I think 10metres will be far too far away and that is the problem. BT's ads suggest it has the strongest signal available and that worked for me only after moving the modem to a window overlooking the car just a couple of metres away. No problems after that at all. I can't say what happens to downlo...
