Unfortunately I dont think there is a way to get the car to start in anything other than "Comfort" mode.
You can set up Individual mode in the settings, but all it does is make that mode available to select without changing all the individual settings everytime you start.

I have a T3 RD Pro, manual.

I was wondering if anyone knew if the different driving modes effect such things as when the turbo kicks in (at what revs) and if there is different boost etc. I know it quickens the throttle response, but wondered if it changed the driving characteristics.

I have a MY21 R Design Pro and its there in my list, I'm wondering if its not connected to sat nav for some reason, so doesnt show, does the sat nav work on the centre?

I have R Design Pro in Stone Black. Defo dont get metallic black, even the salesman couldnt work out which was which to show me!!! The R design Pro wheels make it really stand out. Heated windscreen is a godsend in winter, had one before. Memory seats are also really cool, changes radio air con etc....
