Turn off the map and you will see it.

I have been using off road mode for the hill decent control quite a lot this winter. (Finland)
Perfect. Thanks so much.

No compass

Hey

So, with all the snow, thought I’d give ‘off road’ mode a try. All good. Speedometer showed limit to stick to. However, aren’t you meant to get a compass show between the speedo and the rev counter? Mine just showed the normal map. Any ideas? Thanks- Rob.

Just found this ancient post. All confirms that the second USB needs to be added.
Yep agreed. That USB panel is shown in the instructions in the link.

Re: Smart phone integration

Just picked my car up today -nearly new. Very happy with it so far. However, as part of the purchase I asked that they add the smartphone integration. They said that was fine and I paid £300 separate to the deal I made. When I look on the screen both Carplay and Android auto are greyed out even tho...

Re: Retrofitting things to used XC40

Front parking sensors can’t (sure I read it somewhere). Adaptive cruise can. Heated steering wheel can’t.

Re: Instrument panel...

Agreed. Sometimes it appears before I even move off, sometimes 15 seconds after I move off. Before I got wise, it still hadn’t appeared after a mile or so. No rhyme or reason.

When changing gear in a manual car, for instance, I never look at the gear stick 🤪

Yes, pressing the button scrolls down the entire list, just keep pressing!

Re: Stop/start

I don’t like the Start/Stop feature either, but you can disable it. Go to ‘Settings’, select ‘My Car’ then ‘Individual Drive Mode’. Swipe the screen up and at the bottom you will find a box to untick for the Start/Stop feature. This will then stay as your choice whenever you click ‘Individual’ in t...
