Hi check your insurance policy regarding the gap, most good insurance companies pay out full invoice price in the first year someveven 2 years so you may not need it straight away

I collected my car yesterday, dealer said most people use the fob and leave the larger keys at home, I am using the fob but it’s a bit scary when your new to this and feel the need to carry they key as well.

Just picked min up today ( Saturday and showed up software update due, dealer said pop in next week to get it done, was only updated on Thursday when it had its pdi so I reckon they could be quite frequent during the early stages, also notice in the service book they offer free satisfaction check at...

My last 2 new cars both new models took between 6 month and 8 month from order to delivery, my Volvo took just under 4 so I’m happy with that.

Just collected my new car today and booked it in on Wednesday for front and rear dash cam installation, will post update after Wednesday

You can still drive an automatic as a manual, just put in manual drive mode and use either the paddles or the gear lever and drive as you would in a manual without having the need to use a clutch pedal.

I’ve managed to get a full tank of petrol and free mudflaps in the end
