Further to my last post, I rang the dealer and he confirmed my order includes On Call and explained the preheating. It’s done by electric so the engine doesn’t need to start (happy neighbours) and will run for a max of 15mins. It will defrost the windows, heat the seat, steering wheel and cabin... H...
