My start/stop worked on a few occasions in the first year but this year it has not come on at all even after a 4 hour non stop journey from Norwich to Bakewell or after the same trip back. But as I nearly always turn it off it does not really matter to me.

You need a hardware upgrade as well as software. A new panel has to be fitted with an extra USB slot for your phone. Android auto and apple car play can then be added in the software. Several members of the forum have had this upgrade so have a search for the topic.

Fair question... The answer is... I'm not sure, but more than zero times. It's almost double the size of my previous car's fob. Volvo fob weighs 56 grams, BMW one is ~35 grams. Ford one before that (which was more like a standard key with a fat end and 2 buttons) was more like 20-25 grams. Does it ...

No problems here. If you switch map orientation the arrow can sometimes get lost but a click on the target symbol recentres it.

Reading this topic has completely put me off ever buying an electric car. I will buy the last petrol in 2030 and keep it 10 years. That should outlast me.

That is an unhelpfull response from customer care. I have previously reported app problems to them and they were quite good at passing them on to a technical team and getting a resolution. Maybe you just got someone feeling in a bad mood.

Welcome. I have a T3 as well and it was also my first SUV. I have become used to the extra space, height and comfort as well as all the gadgets. I dont think I could go back to a saloon now. Enjoy.

Check you get the free Sim card and if possible get the dealer to set it up for you.
