If the stress is getting to you then pick up the 24 gig 3 network data sim off Amazon. You literally just plug and play. No faffing about just pop it in and off you go. Yeah you have to pay for it but peace of mind .......priceless.

I have the manual T3 and absolutely love it. Quiet, refined, smooth running and very economical. It has enough power when you need it as well but I bought it for the comfort. I also have most of the bells and whistles but the essentials for me would be the 360 degree camera and android auto.

A bit of a long shot but if you use the car download centre to download the Volvo Id app, then open it and store your volvo ID , this may be what the connection needs to link with your phone. I have done this and send to car works fine.

When I come round to buying my next car if I cannot get all the features I have on my current model that is going to seriously dent my enthusiasm for staying with Volvo.
