Re: Alternative to XC40 ??

I’m looking at this with interest. We are changing our XC40 R-Design Pro T5 in late October. It’s not a choice I’m looking forward to but had to make. Currently, I’m spending £350-£380 on fuel a month. This risen from about £250. The rise in fuel costs has effectively made this decision for me. I’ve...

Re: Sensus Map 1380 now available...

Hey everyone Not posted for some considerable time because the car is going just fine, tailgate struts weak and small knock from front N/S suspension aside (getting fixed when the car is serviced next month). However, I’m having trouble downloading the new map update. The car won’t load it over the ...

Re: Anyone else think the reversing light is not bright enough.

So, just joined this conversation (rejoined). As previously stated, the primary function of a reversing light is to show the intent to reverse. Lighting up the path behind is not in its remit.

Noise - it’s driving me potty!!!

Hi I’ve got this noise. Anyone have this too. It happens at all speeds and on various road surfaces. It also happen at very low speed. It is the body flexing I think. It transfers to the inside and although I’m showing the noise on the passenger side, it also happens on the drivers side. I believe i...

Re: Renaming a destination

So, I’ve answered my own question. You can rename any destination in the recent list by selecting save. You can then edit the destination and once saved, it pops up in your library.

Renaming a destination

Hi Haven’t posted for a while as the car is going just fine (except for a couple of really annoying rattles). Anyway, I’ve moved to a new area and I navigate via post codes. So, does anyone know if I can rename a destination post code? I would like to look at my recent destinations and instead of se...

Re: Text message to modem sim?

I’ve just installed a Vodaphone ‘data with legs’ 24 month sim into the car. It worked straightaway without any other input from me. Brilliant. Now, I’m trying to register the sim with Vodaphone so that I can keep an eye on things, and know what data is getting low. I order to do this, they send a c...
