I'm getting it Monday as part of an annual service, allegedly

Re: Recall??

what I'm a bit surprised about is we didn't hear there was an issue. what happened to any issues occurring between finding the problem and making a fix available?
Mine is having it's first service Monday and they confirmed they will be applying the fix. I assume it's just an OS update.

Re: MPG - Again :-)

Yup I'm in about the 28mpg for usual daily use inc motorway commute. If I'm stuck in traffic in town it drops toward 26. When I drove to Cornwall from London it was around 30 for a while. I'd have gone electric if it had been available at the time I needed one I think. But that's for the next car in...

Re: MPG - Again :-)

yearning for another T5 owner to appear and give me some reassurance its not just my car thats so thirsty Well, yearn on my friend! I’m getting 26.9. Driven entirely in comfort with a/c always on. But, my saving grace could be that I’ve only done just over 600 miles. Then again, as I’m technically ...

Re: MPG - Again :-)

Very disappointed with the Volvo regarding fuel consumption. Cant hugely disagree but the comparison might not be valid here - your car weighs what 1800kg? A saloon might weigh 1400kg? It's not surprising carrying 5 more people would affect the economy Yes, the XC40 is my first SUV, first automatic...

Re: MPG - Again :-)

Surprised at the difference from T4 to T5. My display average is around 28 at the moment. Obviously with a lot of motorway it goes up but I didn't reset it for Cornwall the other day. I certainly don't think my general work commute, probably having 20-30 miles of motorways is getting anywhere near 3...
