Re: Dealer Smartphone upgrade
Mine was installed by the dealer in Nov'19 - 100% its a 2 USB port you get as they run a new cable and change the face plate as part of the upgrade.
Good luck getting to correct it - if you need photos etc let me know.

Re: Store Cargo Shelf in T5 Twin Engine
I'm unable to fit the cargo shelf under the floor in my T5 hybrid XC40. I think it's because os the 12 V battery that is located under the cargo floor. The battery isn't shown in the manual. Anyone else with the same problem? https://www.volvocars.com/mt/support/manuals/xc40/2020-late/loading-stora...

Re: Ordered Mid June
I am sure they can create a 2nd key - just contact your dealership and explain it to them.
Personally I do not see a need for both the sports key and care key - drop one and put the 2nd key back in the pack. Crazy decision making going on.

Re: Convenience pack
Hi all, New to the website and wanting to ask a specific question, so I hope I"m able to do this here. I am wanting to get the convenience pack (mainly for the self-opening boot) retrofitted. Does anyone know if this is possible (or if it is possible just to have the boot 'bit' retrofitted ins...

Re: Ordered Mid June
Hello and welcome to the forum. What colour did you go for? (You know the Blue / Black combo is the best!) I'm shocked at the 1 key fiasco - that makes no sense. I picked mine up last Nov and was given 2 keys and the sports one. Cannot not cost them much for the 2nd key compared to the care key. The...

Re: Shuts down
There are loads of posts about this kind of problem in the forum so best to search the posts.
From my memory it could be the system being triggered due to the radar needing calibration. I am sure there were a few other fixes but that is the one I remember. Good luck getting it sorted out.

Re: Buffering...
One thing that has been mentioned on this forum before - Is the spotify app up to date or is an update waiting to be installed? Not having the latest version can cause some strange problems.

Re: Buffering...
You could try to connect a phone to the car wifi and run a speed test before you start your journey and also try to use spotify on the device via the car wifi. This would show you if it was the PSIM or the car. I have a lot of issues with my vodafone sim - initial buffering is normally 30-90 seconds...
