As I understand it from the manual, your 12v battery is also charged if needed when you charge the traction battery.

I ordered my T5 phev inscription early march. Slipped to 4 Sep delivery to the dealer. Blame Covid, MY 21 switch and allegedly some delays in parts to factory. Still, the price was frozen as quoted on the order so can't complain too much.

Picking mine up on 4 Sep 20. Same for me, it would be back to the dealer pronto! That's a lot of cash for a motor that's not 100%.
