Re: Build quality issues
Further to my last post, was just checking something in my car and noticed the passenger little pocket thingy had come loose, turns out it's only held in place by some rather crude looking velcro type tape... A good firm push at it seems solidly attached again, not overly convinced with the quality ...

Re: Delivery Date
That's just weird then - surely Volvo would have spec'ed the seats up early in the process - and not gone... "ooh lets stick a flag on the seat now that we've pushed a few cars out". Yes seems strange. Not going to bother asking about it though as maybe mine without the flag will become v...

Re: Build quality issues
I have a very discreet rattle/vibration from the front interior light area, and also a bit of a creaky front arm rest, both too noticeable to dismiss, will give it a little while to see if any other niggles pop up before I visit dealer to rectify. Any interior rattles annoy that he'll out of me aha.

Re: Parking climate
Interesting pjm, my test was to feel the metal surrounds of the air vents, and they were deffinatly cool to the touch, and the car felt quite a comfortable temp. Whatever it's doing its a vast improvement to a hot car! Will give it a longer test shortly.

Re: Parking climate
Ye I've read it will only operate providing the battery is above a certain percentage, The timer function doesn't seem to work from the app however, haven't tried the in car timer yet. But at least you can activate it if you remember to pull the app up prior to your journey. It doesn't seem to activ...

Re: Parking climate
Breaking news! Just tested out the parking climate feature in the app, being such a warm day today, and it actually worked. Left it running for about 5 minutes and sure enough the car had cooled down inside, without the engine running, Would apear parking climate will work to cool the car but not to...

What a real kick in the ass.
I agree with the others, but is the tail light also cracked on the bottom?
Really feel for you!

Re: On Call App
Can also confirm preheating does NOT work for UK spec vehicles, no fuel driven heater is installed. You can however preheat the vehicle by remotely starting the car and if temperature conditions are met the car can either heat or cool the cabin. The app based preheating and vehicle menu preheating o...

Re: Mud Flaps
Very happy with mine, car only seems to get dirty from general road spray now, rather than spray directly from my own wheels.

Re: Road / tyre noise
Have to say I'm impressed with the road noise on the 20's, a lot quieter than previous cars.
