It seems that as long as you are happy to (Remote) start up the car to get the engine running, you can.

I was lucky I think. I only heard it as I drove slowly into my local side street. Called out Volvo Assistance and they tied it up as a temporary measure.

Dealer should be able to tell you once a definite production slot has been assigned to your order.

The VIN number itself contains little information. You need to ask for a list of the feature codes. JG02 is the Headlamp Cleaning System.
