I think size is the deciding factor. The small size, yet roomy interior of the XC40 makes it a great city vehicle.

I've had the dealer update the software three weeks ago and the Sensus is still spontaneously changing radio stations and losing phone favorites.

Am I alone with this problem?

My Sensus system has lost my iPhone favorites list for the fourth time. Anyone know what is going on here? Would powering off the phone have something to do with it?

I had a similar situation. All of a sudden the volume dropped to a very low level, almost as if only one speaker was working. None of the controls had any effect. I left the car for a few hours and upon restarting it worked again. I've also had Sirius channels spontaneously change a couple of times.

I'm in the US. I don't see it in the service option, but there is no reason that I can't take it in to the dealer to look at it.

Same problem. The wipers don't react to amount of rain, but act like old style intermittent wipers.

What's with the three month check-up? Is this some kind of Volvo policy? Where is it written?

I got four "keys". Two traditional black, full featured fobs, one small waterproof fob, and a fourth red full sized fob that is used somehow when you allow others to use your vehicle.

Keep at it with the tailgate. When I first got my current car the tailgate foot swipe/kick worked about 30% of the time. 2yrs down the line and using a kick action rather than a swipe I know get approx 95% success on first kick. I’ve no idea if it’s the car that has adapted to me or vice versa ;0) ...
