Re: Bristol port delay

Daughter's car has arrived at the dealer. It does have the correct interior this time. However as suspected they seem unaware of the deal they are supposed to honour. Lots of " I will have to speak to my manager". She has already told them that she will walk away if they dont honour it. Da...

Re: Insurance Renewals

It's also happening with health cover. Our premium last year was £2,800, full cover for a couple in their late 60s. Renewal £4400! Roughly 57% more. A couple of phone calls brought it down to £3300 with the same provider to match the best quote we could get elsewhere.

Re: Bristol port delay

Daughter had a call from her dealer today to say hers has made it to Bristol. This is a replacement for her current one that the dealer ordered with the wrong interior. That was under the old scheme whereas the replacement is presumably an agency car. I can't help feeling that there will be some iss...

Ours came with two. A black one and an orange one. The same as the petrol version.

Re: Car software update

You are both right. My mistake. EE is part of BT. O2 was spun out of BT many years ago. Senior moment

EE is now part of O2

Re: Car software update

Ours is just the same. It won't recognise our wifi but can see our neighbours. Unless you have very poor mobile signal there doesn't seem much point worrying about it as there is plenty of included data, at least until the end of year 4.

Re: Is anyone else’s AAOS XC40 struggling for connectivity tonight?

Ours has been a bit iffy for the last few days. App constantly says it's offline but as soon as I unlock the car it all comes back to life very quickly and all functions as normal.

Re: What tyres next?

The Cross Climates are now standard fit on the electric xc40. Ours is currently on 14,000 miles but on the P zeros and they still have almost 6mm left. Once they need replacing I plan to go with the Cross Climates. They should be ideal for your situation.
