The answer is yes, warm air comes out all dash vents. Turn the heat up, Close screen and floor vents and raise fan. You should get the same heat out of all 4 dash vents.

Have to say never had any jerkyness with my '21 B4, nor did I notice any with the '23 B4 I had as a loaner while my car was serviced and I did more than 90 miles over the time I had it.

The lights when you switch on do their self levelling thing, so should compensate for the car loaded.
