If you were thinking of one of these, now is probably the cheapest time to buy. Of course t...

Re: Removing Boot Floor.

Update. Tried this morning and it worked. I managed to remove the floor by lifting slightly and pulling the one piece floor towards me. Thanks again for your help Bernard.

Removing Boot Floor.

Has anyone removed the one piece boot floor from their XC40? I was hoping that it was a quick release hinge (similar to what I've had in the Sportage) but seems a more permanent fixing.

Re: Steering Wheel peeling

. I had absolutely no idea of value now the car is almost 3 years old, so I typed in reg details on Webuyanycar site. It came back at a shade over £31k which meant the car has lost only £9k in 3 years. (I appreciate what the site quotes and what they are likely to actually pay will differ) but neve...

Re: R-Design or Inscription?

I just ordered a new XC40 T3 R-Design Auto for delivery to dealer in August. Too close to new registration to collect it, so looks like a collection on the first week in September. Tried to get one sooner that was already on the system but only available in black. I drive mainly on country roads so ...

Re: Wheel care and protection

I use Gtechniq C5 alloy wheel armour for diamond cut wheels. It is a coating which lasts about one year so very durable.

Re: What car are you changing from?

I have been looking at Hybrids for a couple of months and the XC40 Recharge fits the bill. I would like to keep the build below £40k and t...
