I think they are glovebox only. One is given loose, the other is held in a clasp in the glovebox.

The ones inside the remotes are the emergency keys.

Aren't those the glovebox keys?

I have two remotes with my T4 MY2020 which each have spare keys inside the remote body. Do you mean those or completely separate keys (blades)?

Yes, I would agree. I believe it's supplied by Volvo instead of a second ignition key

The sim card is in the boot on the left hand side at the back under the felt molding.

You can change the SIM for any network provider. 3 network do a two year option for about £30 from Amazon.
