I had booked the 36000 service and phoned back to change it to adaptive service before I read the replies.
Explained the situation and got a discounted full service.
Happy with that but will move to independent service agents when warranty expires.

2019 petrol just done 12600 miles and opted for a basic service rather than 36000 mile.
Phoned back and told that basic one was fine but various filters had to be changed which would come near to the £460 36000 mile service.
Novice here so any advice welcome.

As to my wife holding the tag...I promised no involvement with tolls, strained backs etc with the tag.
Further research indicates that a manned toll both can scan the barcode in case of fault.
