I would tend to agree with Toasted. Over the years, allowing for inflation, I've always had low to mid £20k cars - many of them. Received my recall letter this morning. I have my first service planned for September, if we're out of lockdown, so I'll wait until then to have the software updates.
In the mean time I have my eyes to see, and my feet to brake.
The letter says that normal braking is fine and not an issue.

I doubt very much stock will be stored in a showroom. The cars will be outside in the yard.
But if they're not actually building them at the moment they won't be stored anywhere.
