That is an unhelpfull response from customer care. I have previously reported app problems to them and they were quite good at passing them on to a technical team and getting a resolution. Maybe you just got someone feeling in a bad mood.
Welcome. I have a T3 as well and it was also my first SUV. I have become used to the extra space, height and comfort as well as all the gadgets. I dont think I could go back to a saloon now. Enjoy.
Does anyone think it would be a good idea to report all these software glitches to Volvo Customer services via the on call app? It only takes a minute to send them an email. I have the blind spot warning feature but I find the excellent wing mirror coverage means the blind spot is very small and I have yet to be surprised by a car coming out of it.
