You can have ACC on its own, or Pilot Assist with ACC. The left/right arrows on the left of the steering wheel let you scroll through which system you want active and then you can press the middle button to activate and deactivate it. Are you sure that's Thunder Grey? It looks more like Osmium Grey to me. Osmium is darker, and less blue than Thunder Grey.
