My noise became appreciably louder on Christmas day as if whatever is loose has become looser. I also got a brake failure warning but as the brakes were clearly still working I ignored it and carried on driving. That had cleared the next day and I don't think the two are connected, just a coincidenc...

Hi Kipper I listened carefully to my rattle as I set off this morning. I hit a nice smooth B road within a quarter of a mile of the house so can get up to 60 quickly. The rattle started at 48 mph. It's not an even rhythmic rattle so is clearly not caused by something going round. It a "somethin...

I've had my slightly second-hand T4 since April (registered in October 2018, it had done 2,500 miles) and this noise has gotten worse. They can go fast if there is light drizzle - my Boxster did the same - presumably it counts particles rather than their size! Big blobs of rain falling slowly doesn't make them wipe often but a bit of drizzle and they go into warp drive
