Re: Poll time - Would you have paid to have a different colour?

At introduction I picked the red one, but a little while later I changed my mind and chose the Solid White option combined with blonde leather interior. Still very happy with it, despite I see very much darker, including black, ones

Re: First (1 year) service after delivery

Thanks again. I’m from a flat country too (Nederland)
Did you get the loading icon too, or don’t you have the inductive charger mounted ?

Re: First (1 year) service after delivery

Thank you. Do you notice another driving experience ??. I read there was an update for AWD power diversion
It also seems an icon is added showing that the phone is loading when used with inductive charging plate

Re: Data Sim Card v Phone Tethering

It's worth noting that WiFi tethering is much faster than over Bluetooth, at least in my experience. Of course you need a strong reception on your phone to benefit from the faster speeds but it's worth noting nonetheless. I use an app called Tasker on my OnePlus 3T First: Can you tell me more why m...

Re: Data Sim Card v Phone Tethering

Hi All. Just hopping in to tell you how I use this I have a dedicated SIM in the trunk after reading several posts on this . I found out for myself that downloading data for maps and voice control is much faster over the car SIM than over bluetooth tethering my iPhone8. I got the cheapest data SIM-o...

Re: Thread for North West Europe Map data updates

I’m using one of these: https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01EZ0X3L8/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It says it’s 150MB/s. Not quite convinced I’ve seen that speed, might be closer to 150Mb/s. unfortunately, marketing teams don’t seem to know the difference. I see no picture. Am I th...

Re: Thread for North West Europe Map data updates

I have tried to upload with both 2.0 and 3.0 USB stick. In the XC40 I saw no significant difference in upload speed. I'm also curious to port speeds in the car. All 2.0 and 3.0 USB sticks exist with different read (and write) speeds. So even a slow 3.0 USB stick won't perform good in comparison to ...

Re: Thread for North West Europe Map data updates

I’m planning to buy a new usb stick for the map updates, thinking my old sticks may be too slow. I noticed that some of you mentioned shorter times to have the maps installed than others. I was thinking that maybe this could also have something to do with the usb stick used. Has anybody an idea of ...
