My iPhone wanted me to update the Volvo app, which I did. Now it doesn't recognise the log in so I went to the main site, changed my password and started log in again and now it wants me to go back to the beginning and set it up again, plus when I put the PIN code in it says 'technical difficulties ...

Likewise I completed the survey and told them I wasn't interested in paying a subscription for Google services (Mapping and Music), I even resent paying for the Volvo App at £30 year when my (admittedly crap) Ducati one is free. I spoke to them, but rather mixed messages. Firstly she said I could take it to any VAT registered garage, but when I pushed on if I could use a Volvo dealer she got a bit 'hazy'. What’s the relationship between a warranty and use of the app? Maybe they should also throw in new tyres for the worn ones or screen wash when that runs out 🤷‍♂️ Of course not but thanks for the snarky response! Yes I think you get free roadside recovery if you get it dealer serviced. I know my wife’s Mercedes does.
