Re: UK/Euro Spec XC40 Front Number Plate Bracket
Hello all - I’m in the process of putting a ‘short’ number plate on my FE and considering the different options. I’m tempted by the clean lines of ‘no screws’ but not sure if the ‘sticky pads’ will stick long-term to the back plastic bumper. Also not hugely keen to use sticky pads direct onto paintw...

Re: Rear camera and boot switch catches broke
Yip, same here. My issue was pretty much identical to the pictures posted by Twin4Me. Discovered it last Friday. I was planning to be away for the weekend, so phoned the local dealer at my intended destination to explain the situation. They were great - ordered the part and it was fitted the followi...

Re: Ta Daaaa. Finally arrived
XCOsmium - thanks for taking the time and trouble to load these. I ordered mine on Sunday from Amazon. Indicator LEDs arrived today, brake LEDs scheduled for tomorrow. Fitting planned for this weekend..! Like you, decided on the white for brake lights for the same reason. Thanks again for the share.

Re: Ta Daaaa. Finally arrived
......and thanks to you for the info on the LED bulb upgrade. A brilliant share and I'll look to do similar. I'll get on to Amazon and see if I can find the right replacements. Seems unusual the LEDs aren't standard from the factory - oh well..!

Re: Ceramic Coating
Morrishey - yes, I think the same. A couple of months in the U.K. winter will be a real test..! Fingers crossed it's been worthwhile..!?!? Sticky rubber always good. :D Q3billy - I paid £540 for a new car detail. Gtechniq ExoV4 paintwork and wheels. (Wheels were changed from C5 wheel armour). G1 sma...

Re: Patience...!
Agreed - nearly opted for Bursting Blue myself, however, having just come out of a Rebel Blue V40 - fancied the change..! To be honest, I pretty much liked all of the colours..!!

Ceramic Coating
About to head off for my 'light' Ceramic Coating. I wonder if it will be worth the money..!?! I've gone for a single stage polish with Gtechniq EXO V4 for the body and C5 Wheel Armour on the rims. Ive opted for this due to it being my first time with Ceramic Coatings - so a bit tentative. Two days w...

(Ordered 12th March) Looking forward to exploring everything about it over the next few days and weeks. I'll be sorry to see my Rebel Blue, 2014 V40 depart tomorrow though. ...
